  They are so unprofessional at this shop. Very rude and inconsiderate about clients feelings...when tell them that the nails or eye lashes are not the way I wanted them to be. I have been going there for decades and I'm tired of their unprofessionalism. The price is good that why I been going their for too long, but I don't care anymore for reasonable price. I rather pay more and get the respect I deserve than Payless for rude and unprofessional behavior.
